Sell my home - here we go

The Loudoun County real estate market turned in June 2025 from a seller to a buyer market. If you take into consideration to sell your home, now seems to be a better time to sell then in 2026, our opinion. We can explain why. 

We priced this lovely townhouse end row unit, located in Leesburg NE, Virginia at $ 525,000 and we sold  it in August after 21 days on the market for exactly the $ 525,000 without any price reduction. 

By the way we staged the unit with our own staging company.
